Pelvic problems
I spend time with you to learn about your unique physical female make up and how to be kind to your body. We will look at your muscle layers (pelvic, abdominal, spinal) and related joints/organs. Our muscles work together to protect and support and stabilize. Sometimes the muscles do not work well enough sometimes they are over working.
They can be at risk if you have had children, going through/gone through menopause, have a family history of pelvic problems, never exercise or don't know how to, other health problems, wrong/repeated lifting.
Linley offers you private consultation in a supportive environment. She also integrates the use of the Alexander Technique where appropriate.
